Some kind of system set up on 1a only, a bonus % of exp givin to the party. lets say 10 or more people in a party the party gets a bonus % of exp for everyone in the party the more in the party the higher the bonus. This will encourage more people to work together to train and boss hunt ect.

That sounds like a decent idea for an encouragement system.
However, I don't know that we'll see that kind of programming done...
