So here are those rules:
You are allowed to make one post, and one post only.
You will state Yes as in let him play, or No, as in keep him on bread and water.
You will strengthen your vote with at least one argument.
You will leave your ingame (1a) characters name.
You will NOT respond on anyone else's post.
You will NOT post if you do not play 1a.
You will NOT vote multiple times under different forum accounts, when found out, ingame actions will be taken.
Keep in mind we will use this to form our opinion, this doesn't mean that the majority of the vote counts.
But sometimes they don't make sense

First of all, I don't see why letting other players come back and not Jordan would be fair at all. He hasn't done anything worse than any of them. And after two years, who wouldn't deserve a second chance?
Secondly, Jordan would bring much needed competition to the server. Aren't we all sick of big bad Pande reign?!
Back when Jordan was able to play I thought the game was a lot more fun and the playerbase more respectful. Maybe he'll bring some of that back.

why?
When jordan was active the server was more active. More people played and competed to get things accomplished. In other words he made it more fun.

The only thing that could make Jordan different from the others who were let back is the fact he kept coming back in secret when he was not supposed to, if hes that addicted to the game let him play. It will bring all of his "sheep" back with him and the playerbase will be larger, however I do think staff should make it a probationary period with anyone(not just Jordan) who comes back off of perm ban and monitor them for a certain amount of time.

My vote is that I do not care either way if he comes back. If he does, it'll spark some variety. If he doesn't, I continue about my merry way.

Jordan has been a long-standing friend of mine, from before Manifest Destiny under Rob's reign to after he was banned. He's never done anything to me personally, and he's always seemed mature and as far as I could tell, thought before he acted. I guess I may be the only one who doesn't know the full story, but I know that his multiple times coming back, one I thought that should not have ended in a certain character being banned for helping a friend (but that's for another time), shows dedication to the game and willingness to compete fully.
I believe he brought competition and made 1a an even, strong, and still fun, server that everyone could enjoy, no matter what clan they were in. Let the kid back, and let's bring some more people back with him. I can think of another who may be too busy, but I will keep this post strictly to Jordan and not name anyone else.
Through all of his pking, competition, etc, he was one of the few who wasn't antisocial and would even laugh if you got to kill him.
Bring Jordan back ftw.

I don't care if he comes back to 1a, what I am concerned about is whether he can be unbanned on 1a yet still banned on main. I bet a lot of main player wouldn't like him sneaking back in without our knowledge.
Basically would he be able to play Main? If he can then making this a 1a only thread isn't very fair.
Edit: (As a sidenote how is this a fair vote, as I bet many of the people he has mooseed over as a result don't even play anymore...)

I wanted to edit my post but it wouldnt allow me so i deleted to repost. After reading some of the things on here, it does remind me of losing my lvl 31 cleric because of him when i was not aware he was even ingame and him laughing at me about it a ngh. I would have to say i change my vote to no. Especially if he is given his old crit, him to gain his exp back wont be nothing as he is one of the players that plays longer then anybody out there. If you give him his crit back im sure the rest of us that lost our crits due to him getting them perm banned would like our crits back as well. I say if you are going to allow him back make him start fresh. Put a lock on his acct and track his ip. Make it to where he has to train up from lvl 1 again and if he accesses someone elses acct, the perm ban him again and give the selected person who was dumb enough to give him access a couple weeks or a month ban as well. You want active people yet then again we dont want active people that are going to cause a negative outcome of the active users in the future. He has done it once before by getting the peoples stuff banned. I honestly dont see why he wouldnt do it again, as we all know his disregard for rules, but if he is really needed then bring him back.

Seeming as others have broken the rules, and I didn't get clarity from when I PMed you about this:
I don't care if he comes back to 1a, what I am concerned about is whether he can be unbanned on 1a yet still banned on main. I bet a lot of main player wouldn't like him sneaking back in without our knowledge.
Basically would he be able to play Main? If he can then making this a 1a only thread isn't very fair.

I told you, perm is never perm, he could come back any time he wished already (and has done so), but he will be simply banned again. This will stay that way on main. You do understand the entire reason of this thread is because he was a special case, who came back continuously, so this so called permanent ban that we will 'lift' wasn't permanent to begin with.
This is a fair vote, you don't let Canadians vote for the US president, and you wouldn't let deceased citizens vote at all. I do not see why you think it's unfair simply because we do not hear people who aren't even a part of Nightmist 1a anymore.
Anyways locked, thanks for your cooperation.

He would be informed this does not change his chances of being unbanned on multi.
He would not receive anything that was banned. He would be allowed to start from scratch again.
Also: I just thought I would comment also that there will be no exception to the normal policy on sharing for anyone. Sharing is at your own risk with no guarantee of staff intervention if it 'goes wrong'.
