I heard once (in the druid discussion forum of all places) that mages were the only class that needed all six stats...

I dont think mages dont really need strength... not much anyway.

but Charisma?

what does char do for a mage?

They do not need all six stats, sorry. But they can gain from having good in all six stats.

Charisma is used to determine how much you're healed for. You'll notice little difference however.
