Ok so sorry for the shyttie typing but thats just me.

 

i bring someone back from another game ill laugh cause my stuff on there prolly be all gone by time server comes back up. yes i know sharing hmm not a great thing unless u must be butt buddies or ya live next to tthe person or just great friends. i had somewhat of a nice account on 1 alt. 35 ling fighter 8 stam with some nice questies that i won over this halloween Giant carrot, bloodsteel bow.... before a certaint person came into my account i had a lowbie ranger and 31 mage so i sold both and bought a 33 ranger won that oh so sexy bow soloed few bosses got some decent equipment. yes my sharer grinded more than me from time to time. all in all from what was stated im just in this account to ride the train. everything is yours..... so he stated. all i ever wanted on 1 alt was a cobalt staff of the winds. so craig and i made a trade my ranger and bow i wont and carrot for his cobalt. my sharer paid 500k into it. he got mad cause i sold the ranger so he thought he got a deal for another ranger so to keep him happy i sold my fighter for another 34 ranger with crappier stats a little better hp. he traded my soe i had for a spyglass which i used to finish a starfish spots on beach. he brought into my account a 32 druid with lvling items for 33 i trained it lvled it whatever..... a 23 cleric item holder and another cleric under 30.... so that being said yes he farmed gold with my staff etc 600k he got a apex bow earlier before this which equals roughly 1.3ish mill. i go to log on today and find that my staff is gone and im left with a aoh sgs my zerker the ranger that i bought for him and lvl 35 druid i bought yes i used his gold. but was still ginving him in return for the 1.3 aoh and spy glass which to me 1.8-2m thats still a profit. so basically he takes the staff i get left with  a 600k zerker a 1.3 druid aoh glass while he gets to keep my cobalt.... ummm noooo. Ill pay him back the 600k. but not till i get whats mine. so today i gave him back aoh sgs 34 ranger his under 30 cleric whatever lvl it was. tried to give him back spyglass be hes avoiding me now. WHO DOES THE COBALT BELONG TOO ME OR HIM.  I do have people to verify what i owned at the time.

Well i traded the cobalt to Mike and if he owned the 34 ranger with bloodsteel bow, snakewillow brace and giant carrot i would say he is the rightful owner of the cobalt. That trade was all Mike but i have no idea who gave me the 500k.

All i have heard was that everything was half and half. Mike originally left first and took it all, then looks like he got it done to him in return. So idk. All i know was Mike was very inactive and Alec was very active and in the last few weeks they came up on some stuff so i dont know who came up with what, but i was pretty sure Mike had said him and Alec went halves on a cobalt a while back. If its half and half then i say sell it and each person keep half. Idk.

First of all, this is a single side of the story.  This is quite a bias thread.  I have had a spotless reputation for years.

 

I spent 10 times more time online making the account better, with absolute selflessness.  The end of that sentence may shortly come back to haunt me.  You don't hear about the massive ammount of gold I made for the account.  The massive ammount of experience I put on the Ranger that was traded, or the fact that I paid for and lead the trip to obtain the tokens to level it.  Yaworski did contribute, I will not deny this fact in the least.

 

You probably won't hear about how Yaworski robbed me just the day before I decided to 'legally' buy out my half of the Cobalt.  I did not flaunt, I did not whine, I did not complain.  This sometimes happens; I've been robbed before and know the feeling and come to acceptence that the issue will likely never be resolved.  He rejoined the account and after very careful consideration, I decided to do nearly the same thing he did to me, the only difference is that I gave him 5.55m in value to buy out my half of the item, which is extremely generous considering the circumstances.

 

But what this is all coming down to is, he would not have been able to obtain that Cobalt if it wasn't for me and I would not be able to obtain the Cobalt if it wasn't for him.  The only difference was, I bought Mike out of the item (I spoke with Stig before making the decision to leave the account and that was his primary condition). I did not rob him.  He robbed me.

 

In short, an eye for an eye makes the whole world blind.  I live by several philosphies and I'm not convinced I've turned my back on any of them.  I have a bad conscience, but it is not from taking the Cobalt, it is that Yaworski was extremely kind in the beginning and is the reason I am back to playing Nightmist.  The issue on whether or not I own the Cobalt has been resolved by Staff, which makes this thread redundant.  I have and am still considering options that lead Yaworski to re-owning the Cobalt.  But I can tell you right now, finding out that this thread is tarnishing my good reputation is a deffinate negative in my decision making.

weren't you banned last year for multy pcing...? then admitted to using Bots every now and then not more then 2 days ago? if staff would go back and review those logs. your reputation would be about as polished as a soggy turd.

He locked the acct till he spoke with you because you were giving his characters out like candy on halloween. He got his character back and you were allowed back into acct. he never robed you or anything was just waiting to speak with you. But id like people to keep in mind Alec came back right before halloween quest and joined his acct with Brackish a level 32 druid and neosporin and prob shyt for items and gold.. if any. From October 25thish? to December 11th is a month and a half of playing and walks away with cobalt, both crits he entered with but the druid lvled by mike, lvl 34 ranger that mike paid for with his fighter and tons of items, lvl items etc. telling me you golded 200k+ a day for 47 days is rediculous. you walked into acct with 400k worth of crits(the druid) and walked away with 13mish. fastest 12.5m ever made besides jase doing /create

 

The deal was mikes ranger w/ swb that he owned b4 alec even joined acct, a bloodsteel bow that mike won and a giant carrot that mike also won during halloween quest, and 500k gold that alec added to settle the deal. (Alec never won any drops from quest to even sell to make golds either)

 

Hell i remember when u first came back you were telling me how you dont care your just around to help with stuff and if u did win any randoms from quest etc you would just give to mike anyways.

 

You got away with it but players might not be as nice as staff.

Taking the gold I made and selling my Apex Bow to buy Superbeast is a funny way of 'locking' some one out of an account.  I suppose this is done, if you feel I've done wrong, give me a hard time by killing me.  See where it gets you.

And the character was 'loaned' out.  Yaworski said everything in the account was equal, I didn't profit, I tried to help a new player come to 1A.  He did get the character back as well.
