Particularly crucial, since they're offering free shipping, AND they're RAM specialists.
However are you sure it's not your graphics card that is making you lag? With 448mb of ram, a strange number, it suggests you might be using a graphics card that shares the system ram. These types of card are quite slow and generally quite old (unless it's a laptop, in which case just slow)

Im not sure if it would be my graphics card or not. Ive asked people on the game that I lag on what my problem is, and they all told me to get more ram.
Do you think it would be the graphics card that is the problem then? Seeing as I am on a laptop.
Thanks alot everyone for your help btw!

well how long did you play wow? I dont lag all the time. Its only when I enter a place with alot of people on their characters that causes me to lag out pretty much.I can't load everyone in big towns so I get an error and it crashes once in awhile. ;\i played wow on a pc with 512 mb ram and it runs smooth (apparently the girls whos computer it was did turn down the graphic options) she had a 64 mb videocard
I checked out the sites and I like crucial best tbh.
It ran a test on my notebook to tell me what memory upgrade was best as well and to make sure it was compatible so that was good. But its also telling me I don't have any empty slots to add more ram to, and that doesnt seem right :|.
System Notes
Important! The Crucial System Scanner has determined that all of your computer's memory slots are full. You will have to remove some of the existing memory to make room for new, higher-capacity modules. But don't worry, that's easy to do. Simply identify which slot has the lowest amount of megabytes and replace it with a higher density module.
blast! ;\

step dad is gonna kill me, but meh ;\
Edit: To someone who knows their comp stuff - how hard would it be to remove your old ram and replace it with new? Im on a laptop as I said so Im curious if its very difficult or not ;\.

Heres another pic I took http://img.photobuck...lz/Peeking1.jpg
It looks to me thats another slot to insert more ram, but the test that was taken on crucial.com said there was no more open slots... Is it just me or does that look like another slot? Perhaps the test wasnt correct.. .
if that was indeed another slot then id rather spend 100$ and order 512 ram instead of the 340$ to get 1024 or w/e it was.
Pandilex or someone can you tell me whats the deal? As in if that is indeed another slot to insert more ram or what.

Sometime soon I plan to order a 1024 card, but for now this will do .
