well i dont know if this has ever been mentioned before but if fighters are so well trained in swords shouldn't maybe they have a chance to use 2 weapons instead of 1 and a shield... by sacraficeing some armour getting in extra damage, but to keep it game balance you would have full damage extra you would only have maybe 1.25x or 1.5x damage.

tell me what you think...

or maybe just one weapon with the chance of a double hit..

But then you'd have to include one handed weapons and two handed weapons - you can NOT duel wield halberds, cobalt staffs of the wind etc. as they are too large and are two handed weapons.

Including some duel wielding method does sound good though.

why not jus leave em way they are but have the chance of a double hit like a % chance

I agree just giving them double hit opportunitys cause its less money on the fighter owner's part when buying rarer weapons.

i like the % on hit, make it increase 1-3% a lvl, starts from 3% lvl one

make the extra hit 30% less damage then your main

You score an extra hit due to your to your sword handleing. <example>

You attacked a Test Dummy with a Cobalt staff of the Winds for 28 points of damage

You attacked a Test Dummy with a Cobalt staff of the Winds for 45 points of damage

You attacked a Test Dummy with a Cobalt staff of the Winds for 28 points of damage

You attacked a Test Dummy with a Cobalt staff of the Winds for 56 points of damage

There's an example,
--
For leveling,

You have increased to level 28 and gained 11 hp,

Your sword handling as increased by 2%. This could be random 1-3%

For stats.

/status
Your character status is the follow below.
--
Armor: 84
--
Chance to hit twice: 13%
--
Hit points:298
--
Current Experience: 130 Million, (0.0%)

40% (100%) Thirst

35% (100%) Hunger

Quick example.

Maybe you could add the hunger/water system like this and give other characters this use /status

It would be real nice to see status on alt so you know if you can go afk before refreshing so you won't die as often from hunger while being afk.

And as for fighters.... Storyline wise they should be better... alot better since they are the best of the best with heavy weapons and heavy armour.

If this is implemented though < the sword handling > Thieves needs to get a class bonus of Instant kill from īcovert with 5 stam assassinate at a low percentage. Or just an extra stam boost making them worthwhile since they lvl slower than most classes after lvl 26 even with 5 stam.

Nice idea's, doubt JLH would have the time/will though.

The way to determine if a weapon is 2 handed: Can you use a shield with it? If yes, no. If no, yes.

If the fighters get it, the berzerkers would also have to, since they are the primary simple-offence.
