Supported. But /kick is probably a staff command so can't use that.

A lot of emotes are like that... take /kiss for example.
You kiss [user].
[user] is kissing you.
It can mean that they are doing it multiple times, or in the process of doing it once, but you cannot tell from the sentence alone. Then again, /hug ([user] gives you a great big hug!) is constructed differently to /kiss and your kick but clearly shows it is just one hug.
It depends on the emote, really. Some emotes work best if the sentence is past tense (e.g "[user] just whacked you!") while others look better in present tense (e.g. "[user] is kissing you." - present progressive tense).
