As it stands now, nobody kills giant crocodile for the drop as it's much easier to earn 500gp and buy the same pair of boots in Blackthorn. It seems reasonable to me to increase shop price to 3500gp to make crocodile killing little more profitable (but keep 0 resell worth). To compare prices; you pay 5k for nearly identical Leather Boots in Harabec and 10k for Silver Amulet which gives 1ac boost over Copper Amulet.
Crocodile Skin Boots Undervalued.
