Could the drop rate be increased for this item please?

 

Being the only item a few people still chase in Tirantek, it's a very long and tedious process for a single item, so even a slight increase would be awesome.

I think Armlet of Enlightenment should be increased in drop rate and given 1 or even 2 ac.

At least one of these adjustments should be made. It was designed before a LOT of gear improvements and quest items. It should not still be so rare. The rarity means that making Dragon Shield is still an absurd thought---after 10-15 years, that's just too uncommon.
