Got a...18 16 21 18 16 19...lvl16 ranger i was thinking of resetting to a pally but how much of a diffy would the -2 wiz make? Thanks in advance

Your Aid spell would be 4 points weaker on average from if it was 18 Wisdom, but otherwise not too bad - I would reset it if you wanted a Paladin, since it is rare to roll a better Halfling than that.
