It takes...
- 4 kills of the Veteran Gladiator
- 4 kills of Pious Hannah and Profane Dianna
- 4 kills of the Dwarven Enchanter
You also need to visit a number of Ranger guilds and you require a Guild of Crafters Membership Ring. Though you can find the recipes by asking the correct NPCs, the method is a little convoluted.

well it costs 400k to complete all of the fights, so i'm assuming bids would start there at the very least
