Mainly, I was wondering how they manage to get all that exotic fruit into the town. I mean, there's like bananas and grapes and everything, it's like a supermarket.
At least, I always understood the point of a siege was to stop things getting into/out of the town.

The fruit was collected over time and kept in ice houses to keep them fresh, but since fruit cannot be imported as such, the price is high. Mana crystals don't really leave Tirantek, not since the Drow destroyed the shanty town surrounding Tirantek's Dwarven walls, but vast stockpiles would have been shipped out before the trade routes were cut off, so even though Tirantek is besieged, the other cities have more than enough crystals to survive on for the forseeable future.

i think all the fruit in tirentek should be bad, stopping you being hungy but having a chance of poisoning you for X amount. that would shut alan up lol

Most of the time, I don't think they would. Drow hate daylight, and in the Shanty Town, they are in the open and exposed to the Elven Archers in the gatehouses of the Dwarven part of the town. If Drow were to be lurking there, they will most likely be ninja-like, only moving at night when there is no moon and assassinating anyone in the Shanty Town in a relatively silent way, so as not to attract their light cousins' warriors.

Hmm I suppose but would be fun to have archmage on the squares in all directions outta tirantek including the vortex , maybe not for serj though
