Tame
Lets you tame a monster so it would follow you around and attack whatever you attack but it cant follow you into town
probably be based on charisma and it would not work at low lvls
and to make it so it isnt really overpowering u can only take around 1 monster at a time

If a tree falls in the woods and nobody is around, and it hits a mime, Does anybody care?

Yep, I'd go run the the CG Layer and have a new pet for the day.

This idea sucks.

try looking at my post in the animals section of the druid discussion

charm animal: this skill allows a druid to attempt to use his/her affinity with animals to persuade them to assist him/her in battle

make this skill charisma based as it would need a very convincing speaker to persuade a brown bear to not eat him/her. Of course there would be animal caps depending on the power of the animal and the level of the druid.
I am very sorry, if not for something I did, then it is for something I will do.

I think it would be cool if druids could just summon a "pet" whenever they wanted, to assassit them in killing an enemy or monster
