From what i was told I guess it is okay to trade other game things for nightmist things and to trade real life $ for nightmist things as well. So those of you with deep pocketbooks that would do that kind of thing and same for those who have alot in other games have fun.

But be careful if you are not favored you might still get that perm ban punishment that is supposed to be handed out.. :)

I'm pretty sure the nm1-nm1a trading or vice versa is okay, but I don't think it's ever been alright for the real money to be used for nm stuff. That's always been a bannable offense. Atleast that's what it seemed like lol

what gets people banned isnt teh trading its the crying to staff when they get screwed in a trade between 2 different games. so trade and do whatever lol just dont cry to staff when you get screwed. really how could staff know if your trading between games unless you tell them?

Situation was that the person that did it admitted in logs and to JLH and Jlh did nothing about it and said those things that I have posted there pretty much.

While I can't stop anyone trading stuff with other games and even for irl $, I have to strongly discourage it because if something goes wrong, you will complain to staff and whine lots about how you have just been scammed and there is nothing we will do about it.

As Night_Angel posted above, it's the whining and massive complaining that we don't care that you just got paid $50 for a crit or something, and that person then charges back the credit card and gets their money back, so you're screwed out of your cash and crit.
This is probably the reason many years ago that Pandilex said don't do it and threatened and in some case did perm ban people - I forget the finer details of who and when and why.

We will only deal with issues that are totally in Nightmist - anything you do that involves something out of Nightmist, you're on your own and to deal with any reprocussions of that yourself!

But I will tell anyone who is thinking of this, don't do it, you are likely to be scammed and will probs end up perm banned for abuse to staff.

was he admitting it or was he crying? if he wasnt crying maybe JLH didnt care to be bothered. id be more willing to go easy on someone who isnt whineing to me. and id sit back and wait till i got to say "I told you so"

I even got told by a few ex staff that they believed that to be the rule too nightmist stuff for $ or other different game stuff = perm ban.

So is this favortism game now or are rules just not going to be enforced anymore?

I'm not being funny or anything but weren't the rules changed so that you could get some of your account back off Mike?

EXACTLY what I was thinking how can Tony say anything about showing favoritism when his case was the biggest thing ever.

Nah my case was the first one at the time where Emma and Trevayne were actually able to do something to go against theft when they were okayed by JLH to do so. That is the only reason people say that.

mhm but prior to that there was a no help system in place, so that was a new policy just as this is.
