We all say we ant pk turned back on for the multi alt server so here i suggest...

Turn pk on for 2 weeks and see how it goes, if it doesnt bring back players or make the game more interesting to play then turn it back off. This will settle all the threads i see with people whining they want it back on.

Seriously though..its time we did something about this because im sick to death of see'ing peoples ideas get shot down.
Things need to be done. If its a problem that for some reason staff cant log in much then get new/more staff that CAN log in.

1.) Some people don't have a good PC to support unlimited characters or have a nutsty internet connection.

2.) What about the underdog that actually works and doesn't nerd it up on NM all day, their only shot in this game is 1alt.

3.) If making the game easier for people that have no working life is going to bring new players to the game or players back, then they probably weren't that great of players anyways. Sorry that they lost all confidence when it comes down to 1v1, maybe they should strive harder to perfect they're profession on NM.

LOL i for 1 is one of those players with a nutsty connection my friend and i want it back. yes i have a nice party but that doesnt mean i will pk. its just nice to have instead of getting stupid mooses that give you nuts with nothing to do apart from ignorepc and look like a fagyat.

i know atleast 70% of the main server want it pk again.
But who cares, aslong as nubs have there no pk we all loss out gg.

It never stopped people before lmao. How do you think most people did things on main? That they just decided to install it and had an account full of archs? lol.

Not that I think turning it on will benefit the game as a whole (in the sense of repopulating it like crazy) but it might keep the ones in main there still (some not all). The fact that i can sit at a certain monster for any alloted time w/o ever worrying about getting hurt tends to make me want to log. Maybe not at first since a person is like woohoo I can train in peace, but after a while one gets bored. No longer are the times when ppl fight for boss kills lol. Its just a matter of who is on when it logs.

All in all it doesn't matter if it's turned on IMO. It just might give the people in main that liked pking, a reason to actually leave a checker spot/pub lol.

i played on dialup for years and pked big parties, as well as got pked. i didn't sit there in the pub with my tail between my legs..i loved being able to attack people and also the risk of being attacked. at a boss you'd have to type /who every now and then to check who is on and what crits are on. even on dialup i'd go out and at least attempt to pk other parties if the opportunity presented itself. it's not something i necessarily looked for but it was nice to do when you ran into someone. at least you had the option of hitting or not, it wasn't a forced nopk like it is now

I aint even going to post a big long discussion on this as I know we aint going to get it turned back on, the staff members are in a world of their own and think it is better for people when it is not! The players that play main now want the PK turned back on don't you get it?.

No harm in trying and it wouldnt even take much effort to turn pk back on.

Your connection matters in duels, but in full party fights, it comes down to who hits first, and who handles characters the best.
You have less to worry about connection, and more to worry about learning how to handle yourself. Going straight to clerics to heal, attacking their clerics, and hoping not to have your characters fill the top of the screen.

Eitherway, I do not think connection issues are a reason to keep a game held back from one of it's best aspects.

As a note to the ignorant, Scripto and I have been trying to have PKing brought back to the multi-server. However, we are not a majority of the staff team, and players have not exactly made it clear that they want PvP back, nor is there any real proof that PKing would bring more people onto the game.
Wisdom is the principle thing. Therefore, get wisdom, and in all your getting, get understanding.

Staff should get a vote about bring it back. And the people that play multi should only get a say on it, because there are alot of 1alt players that will just say not to bring it back just to take the fun out of it for the people that play multi

We've already worked on that.
Ya'll need to ask JLH and Wes to alter it over and over.

If we bug them on msn im sure they would just block us...Staff probably are the only people who could sort it now. Theres 3 active staff these days..

I say the 3 active staff vote and the players that still PLAY multi.
