Well-spotted. I have a typo of my own; I reported it a few months back as a ticket but it was ignored for some reason:
Dressed in a tightly buttoned green frock coat popular among beurocrats, the Seneschal maintains the daily operations of the Guildmaster's office. Her primary duty is the management of visitors such as yourself, which almost invariably means explaining in a calm and polite voice why you cannot speak with the Guildmaster. The Seneschal is in a healthy condition.
I may be mistaken, hence why the ticket was closed without a word, but shouldn't that word be spelt bureaucrats?
ADDENDUM: If not obvious in the description, the NPC in question is Seneschal.
