Now this was on a 1-alt trip and I recorded on a cleric. Either thieves really suck, or in a 1-alt game fighters would be the powerhouse attacking class, I mean how many times did he get attacked. Worth a discussion on a dying thread methinks anyway.

...when i had Mirror as a fighter...I think it was crusher or Dylan who was 8-12 thieves what all failed on him, then they got dropped by suprise thief party, Paladin/Fighters are good for leading party of thieves for taking the bait.
