Not sure if this is right place to post thism, but im gonna do it anyways.

So i realize that on 1 Alt clans are not able to be sold. I can see the reasoning behind it, so that the chairman can't sell the clan and become rich off of other people. Which i don't see the problem with that seeing as how it is a donation and people know there is a risk of chairman selling the clan at any given time.

But what i propose is that clans can be sold with 5 rooms or less. Because from what i have seen over the years. Most of the time the chairman of the clan is the one putting the majority of the gold into the clan at the start, So by implementing this rule it would allow clans to still be sold and the chairman not become rich off of other people.

I thought it was 5 rooms or less that a clan could be sold.

It was already set awhile ago that houses with 3 rooms and under can be sold and thats where it will be staying. I believe it says that on the sales page.

I was Chairman of Treasure Hunters, mainly consisted of 4 members who actively donated. I went to sell my clan house of 7 rooms to the website, where there was no indication of the limitations to room sells. After 5-6 days had past, I heard from another player who was selling his clan that he was unable to and that there was a post against selling over 3 rooms. I would not have invested 700K into a clan house that was not able to be sold; for the fact that 700K has been recklessly wasted. There is absolutely no 1 ALT economy for Night Mist, so all I really want out of it is this; Sell my 7 Room Clan house for it's 3 most expensive rooms instead of receiving the whole 490K, as it would have been before this was impliment. I'd rather take the 150K than have a clan house I will never use.

That rule was made up around the very beginning of one alt. I had a clan shortly after it started in which i sold. It had only 3 rooms. I had just forgotten what the room limit was since its been close to a year.

JLH posted this. I have no idea why he didn't chance it on the site... but it was said and announced over the game.

As posted... if they have more then 3 rooms, they will be NOT be sold. As I told the last person that game to be with there problem of not being able to sell their clan, give it to another member of the clan to cont. running it... let it rot.. or try and sell it to another player in the game.

There are the options. What you do now.. is up to you...
