I stopped playing this game awhile ago, and my account was deleted. Thats alright, but when i tried to restore my crits, my passwords wouldnt work? What should i do?

In this situation staff will NEVER give out passwords to deleted characters. However the password that belongs to the character would never change for any reasaon. The problem you are most likly having is your are trying to restore a character that someone else has deleted but has the same name. You can use the ACCOUNT restore where you can look at all the characters that were deleted in a certain account or serech for each character and try to find the correct one. Keep in mind that your characters may not be restorable and that you might just be trying to restore someone elses crit.
