I had a thought about War through the ages and I thought, "In today's world, what would it be like if there was no electricity and electronics, guns, knives, missiles, bombs, etc. involved in a War?" Just men and women at each others throats with their hands and feet and what was around them: sticks, rocks, and dirt. It certainly would be really hard and brutal to beat someone to death with just those: hands, feet, and what was around and beneath you. If all the world's armies were at one large place where they could have this last-man-standing World War, what do you think would happen?

There was this comedian who had this awesome idea: "What if instead of using guns and weapons in war, we just used sleeping darts? And whoevever put the most people to sleep won the war?"

If America had a war without weapons I can see McDonalds being our command post. Heavily guarded by a wall of some of our fattest people.

Attackers would be the fat a ss welfare mom attacking with her exponeitally growing family of kids all being fathered by different men. She would we then fling these no mannered heathens at people, because she could really give a nuts less about them, just the greater welfare check and food stamps they bring.

A slightly more serious post; over the course of history, humans have steadily grown further and further away from fighting at close quarters... if you think about how weapons have developed:

Fist, Sword/Dagger, Spear, Javelin, Bow + Arrow, Gun, Bomb, Missile.

Otherwise, I'm sure Britain can gather a load of football hooligans and keen shoppers looking for a sale as front-line soldiers!
