Hi,

Jc here. Recently, jake and I split the account. I was using Titan lvl37 Mage about 8 hours ago and before I log off, I made sure that I put my email and new password. I don't know why I cant log on right now...

I click the button to send the password to my email but I'm not getting any message...

Have you talked with the person you split with?
There may be a ban in place if the split wasn't amicable or executed as expected.

I have not seen any communication suggesting that is the case, but it is one of only a few routes unless the server is down.
