They're mocking the rediculousness of Abstinence Only Education, which (if you didn't know) is something that the Bush Administration is pushing in schools.

What it entails pretty much is getting rid of most of the sexual education programs, and not teaching contraception. Because "Abstinence is the best form out there".

That is a rather amusing article, I have to say.

As for the comments that a few players have made... sex should not be encouraged, but neither should total sexual abstinence. I am glad to hear that some girls have the moral honour to choose not to have sex until marriage, but knowledge of contraception and the scientific side of things is a useful backup. For example, if a girl was unfortunate enough to be sexually assaulted (yes, it can happen), knowing about "emergency contraception" might just save her from pregnancy, which would shame her in the Bible-belt American community.

Just my two pence.
