I take it you didn't use post office to ship then because they would have charged at least double that

no it's glued on there. i tried taking it off too cuz if you look closely you'll notice one of the dots isn't working (bottom left) i figure it's just a wire that's not conneccted properly but it's impossible to take the front off.
