Gareth! now I know I'm not the only one that thinks this but I am gonna post it. Please come back you were doing a great job with events and areas and are basically the only staff available to talk to alot of the time that relates to players and I personally thank you for taking the time that others wont. Alot of us miss you and want you to return ASAP!!!

I agree. He was the only one that made it a part of his time to be on on to help with questions or just a friendly chat. He ran alot of events for us and made alot of areas and quests for us. We need him back he is a bad loss for us, and a good friend of mine.

The fact you need to ask that Gareth kinda saddens me. if you ignored the morons asking for moshes and stuff 24/7 and concentrated on who really views you as a friend (and not just staff) you would have seen what I saw when you cleared your FL because of a few moronic people.I saw alot of people including myself sad because by you clearing it we thought you would rather be viewed as staff then a friend by taking some of us off that never asked for a mosh because of a few bad apples and some bad moods they put you in. take your time get over the stupid people.Staff or not just come back when your ready this post was just to let you know some of us do miss ya bud.

Crane, you have a very wonderful personality and you are a superb player. My only question is, why did you take a staff position when you knew that staff gets abused and is always demanded for events? Before you became staff, what was the one thing people were complaining about? Not enough events. You became staff, started running more events. What did you expect was gonna happen? People started getting used to you running more events and when you finally get to a point that you quit doing them as often, it was going to tick people off and the demands would commense once again. Me, I don't really care for all the events. Sure, they are fun to join once in awhile. All the time does get annoying. I remember when I was a game master in a role playing game. I constantly had to stop rp'ing on whatever character I was rp'ing on just so I could go judge a death match that was 99 percent of the time nulled because of whiners who couldn't handle their character getting killed. It does get extremely annoying but, you have to take the punches with the rolls when you take on an important role such as a staff member. You are an awesome player and the game would be affected if such an admirable player such as yourself quit. However, you need to decide whether you are ready to handle the responsibility of a staff member and wish to continue on as one. You are one of the unbiased staff in this game. You play the rules pretty fairly from my point of view and I never see any complaints about you in the forums, unless there are some and I just never read them due to titles that automatically tell me that it's a retarded post.

As many has said, ignore the morons in the game. If you keep letting them get to you, you'll never find out what potential you will have as a gamer or staff. If you decide to return as a staff member, maybe set up a definate schedule as to when you will run events like the rest of the staff. Would definately cut down on the ignorance then.

My guess is, he left because people were being morons and because he cares so much and tries to do the right thing and gives in to people's demand so much, he got frustrated and decided he needed a break. Hense why I am reconsidering taking a managing position at my work. I care too much about my work and those who work there. It's a sad life, but hey, it pays a lot.
