where does theif level from 30 - 31, i have tried past guild but it says You need to be between levels 28 and 29 to use this training room. and the 1 in silversail is 31 - 34. i have 208% and cant get anymore lol
can someone help?

Have you tryed listening or reading to something or someone for clues?

Try listening to the guildmaster in Silversail.
There is a price to be paid though... and those levels don't come cheap.
