Permanent Bans

This topic uses the example of the 1a server it isn't about it as surely your not suggesting seperate banning policies for both servers?
If they left then the outcome is the same as the permanent ban and therefore the outcome is completely the same.
One such case that if anyone is willing to look up about a long-term ban of a friend of mine, came back and then got perm banned so hardly reformed.

And if long term bans make people leave, then why don't they just use those?
Also, for not being a machine on facts from over 2 years ago, you sure do know what happened over two years ago. And what amazes me even more is you knowing what went on/goes on, on the 1a server, which you did/do not play.
P.S. Ty for the support on long term bans over perm bans

On a side note, if Jordan was perm banned for his first transgression on 1a, it was because of the multiple transgressions on main prior to 1a opening.

^ Not even close. In fact, wasn't even talking about the perm ban placed on jordan for his "first" offense.
Hence, The thread being focused on ALL perm bans not just one person.

Only problem is that will cue a thread in a couple months about how anti-social everything is and how some people have had stuff stolen.

Thats the reason jordan got banned btw for stealing abunch of crap over and over again then letting a perm player in acct and lying to staff, why should he get another chance to play when he has already had so many chances?

Funny coming from you. Who was in the account with the perm banned player. Which is part of the reason you disappeared for so long. And I believe that you were in the account with the perm banned player before he was.
P.S. - Even read the thread?

something like(effects both member who got banned and thier sharers as its in the tos not to share anyways):
1st- warning
2nd-day ban
3rd-week ban
4th-month ban
5th-year ban
6th-perm ban
with a side rules:
-if you bypass any ban its a automatic jump to the next level of banning.
Granted more staff would have to be active, discuss bans with eachother and keep the system in check but I think over all a simple system would give the playerbase a better understanding of why "so and so was perm banned" and we would see more consistant efforts to make the game more enjoyable for all.

You didn't have a single problem, others clearly did.

Also I've seen other people, for example Prophet, putting down facts that were never addressed in replies. To me this equals how thieves work, they prey on the weak, and ignore the strong. They target the arguments that are there as fillers, but never target the core of the problem. I could lock it, but tbh, I could never give a better reason as to why perm banned players should be banned then what some people are giving here.
I won't forget this, thanks for making my job easier, and helping me focus on things that matter.
But sometimes they don't make sense

It didnt just happen over a 2 day period, it happened over a 6 day period, and on 1alt you log in see who is on and then log off if nothing is going to happen.
edit:pink represents jordan..
edit2: the first half of april people continued to log on, except the core members, therefore bosses ect were not done. Then hmm, this sucks ill just stop logging on. I think i explained how that happened above /shrug.
edit3: the smaller graph doesnt show that the it was infact a 6day period and that it gradually decreased so to speak

There was a very drastic drop off because I went on a very hard core pking spree to try to kill off my enemy. That is why it is that way.
To Ryan:
I knew he was back, and I almost always know when The One We Do Not Speak Of is back.
To Prophet:
You say people who make other people not want to play should be perm banned...
I pk tons, and made people not want to log on when I am on, should I be perm banned?
PsssssV3.598
Although The One We Do Not Speak Of is perm banned, and probably should remain that way, his interaction in the game is always more fun.
