JLH ever explain the exact science for it yet? We know lowers Players accuracy and makes mobs not hit you, until you attack them back. Making soloing pretty easy for a fast enough ranger. Just curious how big a difference 21 charisma is in comparison to 19.

It helps alot!
Like when doing Balrog and Pit Wraiths 1 false hypno can be risky.
I have noticed though with 21 charisma on a ranger specially in Gnome Caves area in general its the difference between failing a hypno almost every 1-2 rounds to failing one maybe every 6-8 rounds of doing it.

Plus, from what I'm understanding rangers pretty much don't miss post lvl 35 anyways, level becomes more of a factor instead of dex? So I'm thinking of just doing the Elf ranger thing. Would prefer to have capped charisma.
You know what bows are vamparic and prices on 1-alt?

I see, thanks a lot. How much are Cobalt Bows worth? Or are they even there?

3 points of charisma increases what you get healed for by 1 I believe.

Yeah, I was mainly looking towards hypnotizing enemies, solo'ing bosses. But 3 points = +1 heal is nuts.

With the stat mods in game, its more then reasonable to use any race for a ranger. Though if you want to be hypnoing in far off hard places elf might be the way to go. I've found that 25 charisma is a good place to sit at, it's a fail maybe 1 in 500 rounds.
