Nightmist Location
The Paladin guild in the nightmist area is designed for low level Paladins level 3 and up and would contist of tasks/quests to be completed to move up the ranks in the guild. To enter you give a notice recieved from the Paladin level up guild located in the church of Nightmist (/read, /examine, to someone sitting at the entrance to the new Paladin Quest Guild. Upo recieving you will get an emblem that will be used as the key for the area and is an unlimited use item (amulet/brcelet/ring) giving 0 armor if equipable.
Inside the guild will look and feel like a large household with multiple rooms and levels. Multiple 'people' will reside in his area giving out tasks/quests/treasure hunts/ect. Example:
NPC Name: Ford
Gives you the task to trade correspondence with the nightmist level up guild.
Gives you the task to trade correspondence with the resthaven level up guld.
NPC Name: Hired Cook
Gives you the task to get rabbit meat.
Gives to the task to get deer meet.
Gives you the task to get bear meat.
Guild locations: Nightmist, Resthaven, Arilin, Harabec

I read somewhere that ostrichs hide their heads under the sand because moles watch porn.

That all you've thought of, or do you have several more ideas that would be specific to paladins? Because otherwise, i think the idea would be ok but i just dont see why its paladin exclusive.

Help the Clan Cook to get food to feed the guild! Sometimes the guild will buy products from outside the clan.
NPC Name: Clan Cook
Gives you the task to get rabbit meat.
Gives to the task to get deer meet.
Gives you the task to get '??' meat.

Complete numerous other tasks in the guild to gain official guild membership to the Paladins Guild Quest.

Without giving away everything you can see the list of the quests for 1 ot of 3 "Paladin Guilds" which allows atleast for a partial time, for get other classes a 'secondary' class. Within this list for 1 guild i have provided the majority of quest names, objectives, and available classes. I have also provided a couple of required tasks for some quests as well.
This quest idea could include multiple cross-overs. My planned 2nd Paladin quest would include a thief infiltration that can be any player who is in a thief guild. A mage guild is easily possible and a cleric guild could be church duties.

Level 1
Quest 1 (Optionable): A thief in the guild!
Allowed classes: Paladin, Thief
A multi-quest and clan battle. A thief from the Resthaven Thieves Guild has somehow gained access to the clan, and it's your job to weed them out. If you are a thief it is your duty to steal as much information as possible from the paladin guild for the thieves guild.
Dendeya University: Dendeya
Allowed classes: Cleric, Druid, Fighter, Mage
Quest ?: Alchemy 101
This is an introduction to alchemy. Must bring own supplies and be 15 minutes early for class. Payment will be accepted on day 1 of classes.

So, you're trying to get game ran quest based out of the paladin guilds?
Always a great idea, good luck.
A bit of thought in possibility:
Class restriction squares could keep certain classes away from class restricted quest. Turning them in could be just giving an worthless endquest item. Maybe the only thing JLH would need to code is giving an npc an item could give you exp instead of just gold or another item. Also worth noting, a combination of all those as possible. I don't think it's been coded in that a npc can give both an item and gold for an item or gold.
I doubt we'd ever get even a simple quest system, but maybe just that above and a bit of imagination could do it
