So I made a post where I said you should make me staff. Not against TOS (right?), it's been done before, and I don't expect it to result in anything. 24 hours later, it's been deleted. Nice.

BUT I also made a post about a WEEK ago, that being a suggestion which you can see here. Couple of people posted on there, and that's about it.

I'm sure you can work out the problem I have with this without me having to spell it out.

Its been preached over and over again. Staff deleted what they want when they want these days without any reason. I've had 75% of mine deleted and they were all on topic. Good luck to you.

Yeah. I'm not specifically complaining about my post being deleted; rather the fact that staff do not seem to want to post in the "creative" sections of the forum, despite the fact that there are very few posts to keep track of in those sections. I could understand it if people were posting 3-5 new ideas per day...but there are barely 3-5 new ideas a week...

Or is creative input frowned upon?

Actually, player input is the most attributable factor to the downfall of the present nightmist. - Pandilex

Guess so...

It's a pretty categorical statement Simon; I certainly haven't taken it out of context, but perhaps you didn't mean it to sound so harsh. Heh, I flipped when I first read it...

ya, i agree.. maybe simon didnt mean it quiet the way it sounds, but i still think that this is definitely the right quote for this post.. i mean, to me it is exactly what is being said when that delete button is so hastily pushed...

The context was that you were arguing players should be allowed to know exactly what's going on with suggestions being added to the game. However, unless ideas are taken only as ideas and developed completely by staff, they more often than not end up being biased and game destroying.

Current Nightmist has been destroyed by good ideas that were implemented without impartial thought. I should have been clearer, I meant player input about suggestions.

mooseing cops.

I liked the suggestion I clicked the link too, that would be fun as hell on 1-alt. Not that I would play, but back when I cared it would rule.
I wouldn't mind stabbing you in the face, if that's cool with you?

Let's be fair, there were alot of ideas completely developed by staff which were also harmful to game. Can't place the blame just on player suggestions.

WooT! It wasn't me deleting posts this time.

Anyway, I think you'd be problematic as a staff member.

haha, define problematic. I like to think of myself as the lone voice of reason in a world of blank conformity.

Anyway, welcome back to the forum, I just realised that I missed you. Check out my idea, it's the sizzle

I dont really see any problems with ideas from players that made it into game that have been detrimental to the game... If the alt armies problem had been grasped before Windows XP became popular (2002 or so), and a limit of 3-6 alts put in there and then, there would have been no problems with alts.
