I have a lvl 17 dwarf fighter with 21 cons and has 207 hp is that good-great-bad-okay?

It's fairly good. 207/18*32 = 368hp ish.

you used the same format for calculating a dwarf and a half orc but half orc has +1 con .. o.0

so do h/orc's and dwarf's have the same hp range as fighters ?

I'm using current hp, divided by it's current level + 1, multiplied by 32. This can be used for almost every race/class, with some minor alterations in some circumstances.

The formula Eternyte's using is an educated guess its right sometimes wrong others.
