I think there should be a command that resets crits locals to Boar's Tusk.

IE- Crit is localed to Silversail, and the command makes the crit's local Boar's Tusk.
The next time it dies or uses log to local, it would return to Boar's Tusk instead of Silversail.

I feelt that will make it too easy to get out of remote areas that you have localled to, namely Silversail and Tirantek - reset to Boar's Tusk Inn, find a log-to-local square, and you're back home in a flash.

I'm with Crane on this one. Just seems like it makes it to easy.

Thinking about it, What if it had a cost to re-set local to Boar's Tusk? Like some many K to do it?

Why even have log to local squares.

so u dont log on squares w/ precious /examines, or so i dont log 1 square away from hard bosses

on another note, i agree with Gaddy(for once), i mean, if u can delete and get out, this reduces the hassle of deleting the crits in 1st place, remaking macros, reinviting 2 clan etc....

I like the idea, but Crane is right. Would make certain aspects of the game entirely too easy. I'd support it if there was like a 50k fee to reset your local and that you'd be able to change your local to more than just Boar's Tusk.

I would think that it would make it harder. I would get frustrated as hell if I went to dessy, died, had to local back to Boar's and make that long trip all over again. That's not easy considering you have to kill granites too pass, pk'ers could be sitting there waiting for you. There's more of a risk. And, there is a downside to the idea that makes it so great. When pk'ing or being pk'ed, neither party can bring their crits back so fast as they can now currently, because their crits get localed to Boar's. I think the idea is great. A major downside to it, but it's actually more of a challenge. Besides, as some people said, they can just delete crits then restore them to get out of certain areas so it's no different. Just one way is more of a pain in the ass.

I don't get how it is makeing it harder. Its pretty much saying if you are localed in SS training or what not in the Desert, and when you are finished and if you didn't want to make the trip all the way back to NM you could just type /relocal (example) and go to the say the GSW square and log off. BAM your back in NM when you log on. That is atleast what I got out it, but maybe im wrong...

Edit: Spelling.

/t Mysticstorm He's not saying that all crits get localed automatically to Boar's, but that a command be available ingame to change your local no matter where your at.

/t pureza but I was commenting on crane's comment too about how easy it would be to get out of remote areas. I would be assuming however that it would just be a local to Boar's and no where else. So meaning, if you wanted to relocate in another place, you would have to make the long travel once again to relocal there.

The general idea behind what I suggest is basically that people can delete their characters and restore them---causing the same thing with some difficulty.
Basically, I wanted to be able to skip the trip back from Tirantek because I was being lazy.

It's not really a 'fair' suggestion. It shouldn't be added.
