Is anyone from UK, that plays Nightmist going to Download 2005 in donington next year? I'm going on my own because my stupid friends are too bothered about GCSE's and I was wondering if anyone would wanna meet up, if they are going.

Iron Maiden & AC/DC are supposed to be the Headliners... Dont care about the others... Maiden will be touring because of there new dvd release The Early Years & AC/DC should have a new album out by then

Pantera is an awesome band, but are you insinuating that they aren't popular? or any of the other bands on your list?

I'm not trying to take anyone's side, but listening to or avoiding music just because it is/isn't popular doesn't make sense to me. Sure there are some great lesser known bands outside of the mainstream, but the majority of them are that way for a reason.

Edit: can you define metal in a single sentence for me? I mean I know the genre, I listen to it often, just curious as to how you express what it is beyond a simple genre. You seem so passionate about it.
