When you cast it, it should effect the people who are not clan ally's, not +/- 10 levels, and not on your nopk lists.

What is does is reduces their chance to hit. So in effect, it's a mass hypnotise. Although at the moment it seems to be bugged and not working.

And when it does work then you can get a mage to cast Dispell on the affected parties and remove the affects.

I didnt know that a mages "Dispell" worked to remove the affects of Divine Light. Although it doesnt really help all that much, but its good to know. Althought i probably wont use it ever since no one ever uses divine light except in the Proficiency Tournament.
