I have placed a ticket and it's been a couple of days, just wondering what the back up is, about an estimated wait time? I may even suggest adding a sort of toll similar to any customer service system...

Its whenever the staff registered on the ticket system can get around to it. I think its JLH/Wes/Oracle/Elf/Trev who has access to view them

Depends on what the nature of the ticket is...

Things like changing custom pictures or moving clan houses requires JLH. The wait can be anywhere from days to weeks.

Problems associated with 1a get handled by Oracle or Scripto whenever they get around to it. Wes is usually pretty quick about things.

Problems on multi get handled by me or Elf. There are usually very few of these and we check tickets daily.
