As it stands now, you need to construct a 25 room clan house in order to obtain the privilege of moving the clan house to one's desired location.

This was set before 1a, based on main's economy.

The gold rate between main to 1a is approx. 10 mil to 1. Accordingly, I feel that 25 rooms is too much in accordance to the single-alt's setup.

How about we make it 20 rooms?

In conjunction, MD has already invested well over 2 mil into the clan house and still has about 1 mil to go before reaching the 20th room. That will be a grand total of about 3.5 mil.

Moving your clan house on 1a has a conserable bonus compared to on multi, people complained when nm came out that things like the cg, gc, ge etc. should have their hp reduced. But in time more and more things are being achieved. If we make things easier now, its very difficult to make them harder in the future. Go get your 25 rooms, then see about moving.
