It moved to Resthaven but still in Boar's Tusk with pacifists it says "Your deity forbids you to enter."

u shud make a crazy russ's arena for lower lvls only and put it in NM 
Page/Memo Goo ingame.

Tony just wants more legit kills on his records =p
I like the Dueling area pub idea. It'd have been out of the way but still be Petelike in the fact that you respawn one square from the arena. RH is good though.
