When I browse the mage forums, I seem to see that basically everyone has x 21 19 18 20 x as stats... do you reroll when you get 20 int? I've just rolled a 14 20 19 18 20 14 elf sorc. Is it worth keeping? How good will it be? How much of a difference does 1 int make? Thanks

My personal view is that as mages are hard to train, if you're going to put in the time and effort required to get one to a high level, you may as well make sure you have the best stats you can get.
As for the difference made by 1 int...2 damage with beam? I think i've heard that somewhere before.
Edit: So yes, i'd reroll. You might be able to sell those stats for 10k though, you never know

It depends on one thing. Are you going to sell it later on? Or keep forever n ever?
If you're going to sell at a later date, then you'll need better stats. However, if you're going to keep it for personal use, then I'd say that was fine.

I was going to edit this anyway... I'm planning on leveling this character as far as possible, and not to sell it... but I may as well get the best stats I can if I'm going to spend a lot of time on it... so I'm going to reroll.

I'll check out the posts about leveling areas... but for the moment I'm sticking to Tattered Thieves and Drunken Brawlers...
