The correct term is naturalized citizens, but you are correct, Arnie can't become president because he wasn't US citizen from birth.Arnie has 0% unless law is changed to allow foreigners to become president.
My guess would be Bush/Cheney manage to push through a change to the ammendments, allowing presidents to run unlimited terms again. As for winning, I am sure his little helpers will figure out how to come up with all the needed votes again.
Yes, I'm a pessimist.

Just because I'm Anti-Bush ... he'll try and pass the limitation law of how long you can be/serve as president and run again.. while you Bush lovers put him back in office.
Hump in game.

Serious answer:
Hilary Clinton will be Democratic nominee, and if Republican's play it smart and nominate a woman as well (because honestly, no Republican male has a great chance of beating Hillary..), Condoleeza Rice would be a smart selection.

/t momba seeing how those two have litte in common policy wise, it seems you don't care who is most qualified for the position, but that you just want a woman/minority in office

Or it would seem to some that I would like a form of leadership that is more diversified. It would be nice to see a President and Vice President who's view aren't generally the same. But thier common interest would be to better America.to bad they don't have any truely conservative canadites that would have a slight chance of winning

American politics are imo a joke. We vote based on who can promise us the most while campaigning and spend thier whole term in office battling them to be true to thier word.

I would hate to have Hilary as my President. The Clintons just want to get more power in their party. It'd be a wise choice for the democratic nominee to at least choose Hilary as a running mate.

/t Stotic: Guilliani is probably their best choice, but that isn't saying much. He isn't that well known outside of NYC and wouldn't stand a chance against Hilary.

You'd be surprised. Guilliani a couple years back was payed huge sums of money to restructure Mexico's security forces. The crime rate in cities like La Paz and Qaxaca have been more then cut in half. Other parts of the country are also feeling some positive effects from his work, but haven`t yet seen crime rates cut in half.Idiot.

The only big obstacle he faces is with members of the Christian right bloc. This because of his continued support of reproductive rights.
I would definatly vote for him with the current condition the US is in. He has proven he is a leader and on the day of 9/11 showed the world how effective he is at dealing with crisis situations.
The only question that lays ahead for him is who's side will he be one. He went from a Democrat, before changing to register as an Independent. Afterward, he finally decided on being a Republican.

Well obviously he'd be a republican nominee (assuming this because of his participation in recent republican conventions). He'd be a strong choice because of what you said. He isn't as far right as most other republicans so he's more of a centrist. This surely would help in getting those votes from undecided voters. The only question that lays ahead for him is who's side will he be one. He went from a Democrat, before changing to register as an Independent. Afterward, he finally decided on being a Republican.
