I think that thiefs could go for a new helm to be honest. Thiefs are supposed to be stealthy and lethal. And the best helm for a thief is the Feathered Helm. By my opinion, I think the feathered helm is a little.....shiny so to say and doesnt fit a thiefs profile. So, I was thinking, change up the feathered or make a new helm for thiefs.....So far...the only thing I could think up on the spot was something like this...

I don't approve of raising the armor value for thieves.

I've no problem with staff adding the black bandana (identical stats to feathered helm) as thief only and make feathered helm not equipable by thieves.

Staff could exchange them for free and put them on sale at the same place/price as feathered helm in theory.

You do realise that this is the Opal Spheres development page, don't you, and not Nightmist development!

I don't support raising the armour value of Thieves, but I would support more alternative items for the Feathered Helm, especially on 1-alt. Currently, multi-alt has the Ironweed Shroud.

Bingo. I didnt expect the armor to catch on but your whole idea about the feathered helm not used by thiefs is def great.

I would love to see that played out.

Sounds like a cool idea, but definitely keep ac the same as feathered helm.
