Agreed, Large forest is ample training grounds for druids between the lvls of 15 and 20, when you notice that you can almost round a brown bear with 1 alt stormwrath, then its time to move, i do suggest south of RH for all druids lvl 20 - 25 because of the amount of monsters there and the exp that they give.

After lvl 25, ill tell you where i am going to train if you decide you want to know.

Dwarven Pickaxe on granites while morphed, Gaea's, hanced and rf'ed.

I suggest the swamps

All above mentioned are good places to train. Swamps can get a bit crowded though. Granites, well it's a high traffic area so there's a high chance of getting pk'd. Forests are good for Elf druids cuz of forest bonus. Also Barrier Forest is a decent training ground for 15-20 druids.
