Obvious exceptions are those who seemingly hit random keys and press Add Reply.


If you want to pregnant dog at people, see if you can find the people (yes there are several) who press "Report this post to a moderator" instead of "Reply" and type their reply, and hit submit. How they fail to notice that it is NOT the reply button, and the page for replying is completely diffierent, is well beyond me!

Every so often though it says so-and-so reported a post like:

First off check the English law, use of an alius is not illegal in England, it only becomes illegal after a crime is commited under that alius, and since the person didn't commit any crime you'll find the authorities that your forwarding it to will just dismiss it. Oh Pandilex your name is Alex and Prophit on the forum so interesting for you to tell us, I did look it up thank you. Try reading what is posted please, my lawyer is already involved and you weren't suppose to know what i was talking about as it wasn't posted to you.

Further more the two people who were being discussed by myself and the child i was referring to will tell you, your wrong your IP address is trasfered with every message, you send and you only need the correct program to retreive it, involved in that program is also an address trace but its not needed, really when one of the chilren involved has his address in his MSn profile, and whats even worse is that the program is completly legal and sold in any german computer store.

For him when he gets back, Identity theft once again under english law isn't a crime until a crime is commited; Have they used this information you say they gained to do anything? No. Secondly, both of them are juveniles therefore they can't be charged you'd have to sue their parents. So unless you intend on trying to make a landmark ruling, you'll find your money for your lawyer is wasted. Next its not slander as its typed therefore it lible(or however it is spelt), yet again you were wrong, slander as you posted yourself has to be spoken or personally made towards the person physically not over the internet, hence why newspapers get sued for lible by celebrities and not slander. You've got a great lawyer there hes a real keeper; speaking of "slander" as you put it, if I was as lame as you I could sue you got lible in calling me "a worthless pile of shyte", so either you are incredibly stupid or you called a law firm like injurylawyers4you.

Stop with the bs and realise something. If your game doesn't have open source in it, why did your wife say it did?

Exilus never said he had YOUR IP address or YOUR home address, but that of the child who hacked into Tevlok's MSN account. He even tried to explain that to you in his very special way. He threatened to have charges pressed against THAT kid, not you or anyone else, and you ban him for it... grow brains...

Good thing I left this game, when even the co-owner doesn't seem to be capable of reading properly and bans people for no reason whatsoever....

P.S. Tevlok's real name is Simon as well, so there may have been a slight misunderstanding in the beginning, which Exilus' last post shoudl have cleared up for you.

the wife never did say it had open source in it... the wife (me) said it was based on, meaning created in a similar fashion, as the mirage code. You will however also realize that I did mention that the current code, although inspired by mirage, has nothign to do with the actual mirage code, hence not being open source, which I did try to explain to you but you never managed to quite grasp the concept. I can let Mona Lisa inspire me, then draw my own painting in a similar fashion, yet I never copied from Da Vinci. Hope this clears it up for you... jeesh

Trying to cover your tracks I see...Well let have a look at the log, because according to that I said that if it had any of the original mirage code in it that you would need to make the entire game open source, your response was that because you had added more than the original code it was more your code than his, you also said that you were still using the original mirage's graphics. Explain to me where I got lost in translation, how I could have misunderstand you when you said that more of the code was your code than the original source code. Surely if it wasn't code wise based on mirage it wouldn't have any of the mirage source code in it and would be 100% your code. Then comes the next question why are you using the mirages graphics as you said yourself you were doing?

Edit: Please ask your husband how his "lawyer" could have so idiotically, it seems, suggested that you sue for slander when it was typed.

If he wasn't addressing me, then fair enough. It wasn't clear, nor is that the reason he was banned. He was posting nonsense detrimental the image of the game onto the message thread, and after warning, resulted in a ban.

If you have legal issues with someone, then why are posting about them on a public forum? Someone spreading lies and false rumours was silenced.


As for yourself, you often seem to take the moral high ground, raining down words of abuse upon myself, and accusing me of the most laughable things. This is your official warning, I put up with it in the past, but I won't put up with it any longer. If you want to give me abuse personally on MSN or something, go right ahead. I don't mind if people give me abuse in private, but publically it is not acceptable.

I have committed no crime and I am -seriously- tired of your little temper tantrums. One more thing, and you're gone. I've had it.


Let's end this now. If you have personal issues with other players, contact them privately and sort it out.
