I know its been this way for a little while to, but im starting to play again and the zeum is a place lots like to train, also the 4th floor drops pieces needed for crafting to lvl up to lvl 33. There isnt a proper way to farm those pieces unless you have enough time to sit there and get them all in one day, cause if you log off then you have to try to manage to make it back again.
I say we make the zeum back the way it used to be. Im not saying re raise the scarab pods as i know that wont happen, but atleast make it not log to local it dont make any sense.

I love leaving lvl 20 druid checkers on every floor so I know where to go to PK people easily too. (/sarcasm)
Wow i guess its nice to see that the majority of the playerbase is now spineless and wants to be able to log off to safety anytime a pker shows up. Put it back and make the game interesting again. Its not as easy to mass exp on zeum as you think it is. Pkers prevent that.

How does the Museum being log to local affect the fact that people log off when they are getting pk'd? Simply due to the fact that people do it regardless of whether they are in a log to local area or not.

Look jake. Museum takes a key to get into, and to progress to each floor another key. The reason this is log to local and rose garden is not is because it takes different keys. Also, museum is much more safer then rose garden because it takes.. keys..
Land of the Dead requires a spade and a token coin of cyric which is used as a key.
Forest of Silence requires Seal of Betrayal which is a key.
Rose Garden requires Roses as a key. Then Petal key for GCB then Thorn Key for Atrium.
Yet these places are not log to local. Also Land of the Dead does require keys to go up just like the museum.
So again like i was told, it was done cause of gold. Not cause of keys. So i agree with Mark, make the rest log to local as well. If you are gonna do one lets do them all. Its only fair. Why leave one good golding area where you can log to local when you can do them all? That way its hard on everyone all the way around.

The only one of those that takes a real key is Forest of Silence, which could be log to local (Same with the upper floors of pyramid). You can't count two examines or a 100% drop from a click-able monster as real keys. Museum keys actually take a -while- to get.

The museum was made log to local, as the gold and exp available there was very high in relation to other area's, for the relative low difficulty of monsters. (Easily solo-able with a thief and dotw). The design of the museum as a structure, was that people would have to collect the keys to progress through, and with all the floors not being log to local, this was not happening. Characters were being used as checkers, to quickly run through each floor and kill players, and in my opinion, ruined the design of the museum.
Yes there are other area's that you can earn good gold/exp. But they are not keylocked in the same way, and the role play design behind the area is not akin to the museum. (And they simply havnt flagged up as a problem, due to low player inhabitation)
I think a poll with 14 people FOR keeping it this way, and two against, speaks for itself on this.
