Armor base: 0, Can be worn by: clerics, druids, fighters, mages, paladins, rangers, thieves, pacifists, Description: Found in a long forgotten church, these chains were formerly worn by an undead presence, which still lingers about to this day. Worn-looking but sturdy, the chains seem to pale the skin where worn. Some say that when they catch a glimpse of somebody wearing the chains out of the corner of their eye, the flesh where the chains are being worn appears to be rotting. The chains also appear to stick to the wearer. Even in a heated battle, they stay put, stretching itself taut over the wearer as if trying to feel the life of the body., Level needed to equip it: 3, Strength modifier: 0, Intelligence modifier: 0, Dexterity modifier: 0, Constitution modifier: 0, Wisdom modifier: 0, Charisma modifier: -1.

'Scepter of Devotion'
The Scepter of Devotion is said to have once been the emblem of an ancient order of priests, who's tragic devotion to clemency ultimately led to their own demise.
Designed from a solid rounded length of what appears to be a crimson marble, the scepter, when touched, feels as though it is fused to ones own flesh and throbs in harmony with it's wielders heartbeat.
Base damage: 17
Level Requirement: 26
Can be used by: Cleric, Mage, Paladin, Fighter.
Stat Bonus/Vampiric/Leech/Poison: Null.
Detail: The idea of the weapon, is that when it strikes it's target, a portion of the wielders life is donated to that target, healing them, but in doing so, double the resulting figure is removed from the wielders HP.
E.G
You strike Deval with your Scepter of Devotion, healing him for 30, draining you for 60 points of damage.
--
Protac struck you with his 'Scepter of Devotion', healing you for 30 hit points.
--
Protac struck Deval with his 'Scepter of Devotion'.
--
The item can be used in a situation where mana may not be available/exhausted, or as a small form of backup from fellow combatants such as the fighter and mage in an emergency situation, and, if nothing else, it will at least assist in giving depth and flare to bland healing class characters.
I still think this idea is the full hotness.

Base damage: 31, Can be used by: fighters, paladins, thieves, berserkers, Description: This divine sword balances in your grasp with perfect equilibrium. Its hilt flows both cool and warm at one time, and the translucent gems embedded therein pulsate and shimmer with a life-giving energy. The length of the beautiful blade is inscribed with unfathomable runes, which draw the strength of the foe into themselves with a certain ferocity. This strength then feeds back into the wielder of this savage weapon., Level needed to equip it: 30, Magical: Yes, Vamparic: 0.15, Armor: 0, Strength modifier: 0, Intelligence modifier: 0, Dexterity modifier: 0, Constitution modifier: 0, Wisdom modifier: 0, Charisma modifier: 0, Poison chance: 0, Poison/30s damage: 0, Monster damage table: , Mana leech: .

31 BD, Magickal, with Vampairc qualities. I'd be all for it but I think they'd have to put like -4 dex or something before they put it into game. I can hear people screaming about it already =p

Truesilver Runesword I cannot support unfortunately because of its base damage and vamparic properties.
Diamond Spear looks like a weaker version of the Cobalt Staff of the Winds with +1 Charisma, and would do well on a Cleric... not sure about it being a boss drop though, but probably better off as an expensive shop item.
Demonic Trident... fairly original idea, and the -10 Charisma really makes people think twice about using the weapon. My only complaint is that it pushes the base damage up for Druids by 5 units (Ceramic Javelin), assuming they cannot afford a Cobalt Staff of the Winds.

50 mil in shop
Or, you make it from a Mithril Sword and 30 Giant Aquamarines, to get a "Truesilver Sword", which is nothing special, then you have to take it to the Runemaster (who lives somewhere really hard to get to, like the Staff Room) and give him 10x 500,000 gold money orders and you get the thing back
So you'd end up having one of these coming into the game about once a year, which is hardly overpowering

Armor base: 0, Can be worn by: clerics, druids, fighters, mages, paladins, rangers, thieves, pacifists, Description: This bracelet is a simple band of copper infused with streaks of jet-black obsidian. The copper is inscribed with this phrase: "None shall falter, none shall fail; to finer shores and fairer winds we set our sail." Edit: is something to do with boats, the sea, sailors, etc lol
Edit 2: And that one about the lost elf kingdom of Lyrian means that we get to have a lost elf kingdom, everyone knows elves get lost like all the time
Edit 3 lol :

Base damage: 27, Can be used by: fighters, paladins, thieves, berserkers, Description: Hammered to shape on the Anvil of the Clouds by the mythical Air Elemental known as Stormfury, the Stratus Blade has no weight to it at all. Base damage: 28, Can be used by: fighters, berserkers, Description: This strange-looking and bulky weapon is one of the oddest innovations seen yet in the realm of Nightmist. Leather straps brace the unwieldy contraption against your chest, and bellows filled with dragon's bile rest under your arms. Squeezing the bellows forces a jet of gas out through the nozzle, and over the pilot light, igniting the flammable vapour. These flames can travel up to twenty feet further, burning all in their path., Level needed to equip it: 30, Magical: No, Vamparic: 0, Armor: -10, Strength modifier: 0, Intelligence modifier: 0, Dexterity modifier: 0, Constitution modifier: 0, Wisdom modifier: 0, Charisma modifier: 0, Poison chance: 0.5, Poison/30s damage: 30, Monster damage table: *see below*, Mana leech: .
