In relation to earlier posts, Adel has dropped for me twice in the 4 years i've been playing since I got out of prison. And i've not seen a drop from HL in the 6 or 7 years i've been playing over all.

Well, you've got better luck than me. In all my time playing, i've never even seen HL drop.

Edit: Though I have gotten back to back Sov drops. Drops mind you, not on back to back kills. Would have been impossible to get back to back kills with The Crypt pwning dungeons at the time. Those were the days.

The Drider Warlord is a boss that's not designed for anyone who can't get more than 500 kilobits per second and doesn't possess a lot of Cobalt Bows. Lost 2 Rangers due to lagging out and my crit order getting messed up at times, and then it ended in an argument with a clannie over the star rating system on the Wiki, since the Drider Warlord is a whole different class to the other 5-star bosses, but it cannot be "flashing 5-star" as you're forced to only use 20 crits max, hence one player generally. He wants it changed to a 1-10 star rating, and with different categories for difficulty... I don't know how complex it should be, or if I want to go through each and every boss in turn to try to calculate their difficulties.

ADDENDUM: To help, I equipped my three Grandmaster Thieves with Silver Crossbows, but due to their non-magical nature, I wasn't assassinating the warlord for more than 60 damage a time, meaning that it's generally not worth using them.

6 Clerics and 14 Rangers makes him easy. Clerics ranged from 30-33 and rangers from 30-35 with 3 cobalt bows. (Tbh the 6 clerics was overkill as well)

I agree hes probably the toughest boss in game, but still soloable quite easily.

I would argue that the two bosses in the Dverger Stronghold are more difficult than the Drider Warlord, at least from my experiences with them. It's possible that he's more difficult, but you'd need to show me some proof.
He is also right next to town, which I feel makes him far easier, especially since he doesn't heal.

20 alt limit - unlimited for stronghold.

Tbh both are hard but doable without losing alts which is just about right .
