Considering the server was restarted on the 4th, it's plausible that the chauvinist SOB (well, that's what he is!) simply hasn't spawned until now.

Akane got the Bloodstone.

Was so close to getting the kill on Crane, but Akane was selected instead of Crane because I selected him outside of his normal order in order to feed the Roc. Piggy won the toss and got the Bloodstone. Was good fun!
