The sad thing is that the admin choose the staff themselves, but often let the players dictate the future of the player in question.
Wouldn't be a bad way of doing it in a perfect world would it? But nightmist is full of childish morons who base their judgement on greed, jealousy and possibly even revenge for mortal issues.

Anybody who knows me would know that me and Krillick have been friends for years. Krillick was the one staff person that intermingled w/ the players and enjoyed doing so. i had to go w/pengant/ste cuz when i was a noob in my first triplex ever it came down to me on a lvl 28 fighter vs him on one of his rangers. Not sure which it was but he won and when it was over he gave me the ammy. 
That and he lead my first quest ever. At the time was always around to help peeps. And i had looked up to him
Although cyric had a good run for my money. He kept things in line.. might have not always been right in everyones eyes but he did one hell of a job w/keepin players on their toes.
