OCC: My "image of diemos" was not suppost to be something irelevent - dressing mentos the mage in the same equpment (or replicas) in a dark corner enough for one or 2 surviving gnomes to spread the word would be one realistic way of doing it. Also a mage covered by protective shrows would be hard to make out any way, especialy in a full cloak.
Casting blast and wrath of the gods may be enough to confuse the gnomes. At the end of the day your controling them not us.. if you feel that this ploy would not have worked and they trust you enough.. work it in.

Mentos in a mind state of though, slowly looks at Snoopy and Stella and say, "Yes my fellow warriors. i can make a if you shall a 'make-shift' image of the great Deimos, and believe me kinda gentleman this will more than confuse the dark gnomes. now if you will. please gather me items and somewhat the same robe Deimos wears. my spell of Aura of Protection will protect me, and as always the Gods will keep me from harm as they have sence the past had occur."


(OOC: deimos wow, why you getting so worked up; we are all just having fun. putting in you killing my brother makes it more interesting. and no im not saying crypt is the bad and we are the good. im simply stating Mentos has joined forces to bring down the clan of the crypt. exactly same thing you could say or someone else could say about the wives.)

Being so drunk and out to the world he doesn't even notice the barrage of laughter it causes. In the morning he would almost certainly be regreting his nights celebrations, maybe someone can help?

Stella crept quietly through the trees on the outskirts of their old camp. Sure enough, the gnomes were there, dark shapes against the still-burning ruins of the small huts she had helped construct. The gnomes seemed disappointed not to have found anything living to kill...Stella's heart skipped a beat. Where was Hansol? She had not seen her friend since before the hasty flight northwards - her last recollection was of him moving into the woods to stand guard. She hoped and prayed he had avoided the destruction that now lay before her eyes.

Motioning to Mentos and Jigsaw to begin their conjurings, Stella motioned for Snoopy to ready some Flaming Arrows. The gnomes would feel the force of fire and magic - if they could be persuaded that this assault came from Deimos, it would be enough to keep them off the trail left by her friends.



OOC ((Seems to be going ok so far. We'll deal with the gnomes, or not as the case may be, then get on with the battle. Don't forget though, there are enough gnomes here to over-run our camp, with everyone in it...so 2 clerics and a mage and a ranger won't be able to do much damage...the image of Deimos needs to convince them that they have been betrayed, then we'll probably have to run. Jared, we'll come and rescue you from your hangover in a second ))

The scene was set, the plan was laid and all that was left to do was wait.
Crouching in a darkend corner of the camp was the new comer Mentos wearing the atire of the mage Diemos. The discriptive information was hard to come by for the few who survived encounters with the mage oftern had fractured memories, the hardest of all to create was the magical pendent he was said to wear. In the end the item was crafted clumsily by melting down a golden amulet and fasioning it into aproxamately the correct shape, a pinch of fairy dust gave it a magical twinge.

The rest of the group were under a shield of invisibility at the out skirts of the camp awaiting the right time to strike. The plan was to use the gods wrath to strike down upon them from the cleric at the same time as Mentos fired balls of flames in there general direction. Using special potions only aquired from a far off village they could keep up their energys enough to create devestation among the attackers.
If all went well it would look as though all this distruction was coming from the one mage... as the fire balls hit the gods wrath would beat down on them.

Hearing rustling in the distance Snoopy stooped low, even on one knee he didnt look much smaller then en elf, reaching at his waste he felt around for the two galss viels of emerald green liquid, finding them he placed them inside a shoulder pouch for easy access. "i may need these before this fight is through" a broad girn set scross his face.

Pulling 5 arrows out he stuck them in the ground in a perfect line for faster release later.

No one cares. Why not ask JLH to put this on your clan forums or like some us like to call them the staff forums, seems its all DHW posting for the most part. I also personally think its gay, talk of some war so post on a role play, I dont see much of a war anyways its either dev owning all or not mentioning no names but plp memoing sergei saying "I dont play enough to war with you, lets have peace". Anytime ya wanna come down off ur horse or need to get that big head back down to size, and notice I am on line give me a page. Sad part is like 60% of ya's use to be decent fellas, but yall talk to much nuts for me just cause jared gets a password to staff forums and all the sudden you all know everything in game dont make ya good no matter what ya think.

well, im not sure exactly who this is pointed at, but this whole post was supposed to be light hearted and fun. and is for those who are posting in it. There may be mostly DHW posting, thats not our fault. Secondly the war in itself is just somthing to make things more intresting. For the last 6 months at least no one has toutched us or you lot in tirentek especially and now its open and enjoyable again. Seriously whats the point of playing just to farm drops and show off about how rich you are.

The problem is that people take things far to seriously, i mean it started of as a bit of fun fighting in partys, now its persanal insults and general pestering.
Thirdly there is only 1 place me and jarad have entered new since he has become staff and thats was due to a comment made by another player giving us a big clue as to where to enter.

Why the hell shouldn't I post a role play? Since I am trying to make something of my life and get a degree, I don't have the ability to play 16 hours a day like some people. I can post on the forums, so that is what I do. A logical extension of this is to role play a battle. I mean, in case you hadn't noticed, I like writing. It's creative. It's fun.

I'm going to stop this post now, before I get way too personal about people who for the most part I quite like.



I just thought that you guys might like the chance to try something different for a change...I guess I was mistaken.

I was actually very impressed with the rping being tried out in this post. Keep on posting. Just keep the OOC out and stop the flaming each other. If people would encourage one another and try to stay on topic, it would be no problem to have "RP wars".

I agree, I didn't expect for us to be so into this considering how wack we are in clan chat. Grats to all my Housewives, Joe and Ryan, Jai, Mentos and my buddy Deimos. Shame it had to end how it did but next time we'll try fighting someone with a little more common sense (Not DH because Amy will own us). Mentos friend me in-game.

The mighty Pharlap sat out the series against Isolated's pathetic D-Backs, because they suck and don't stand a chance, and were easily beating without his power. Pharlap begins to feel sorry for how pathetic Isolated's team really is.
