I have not dressed it up at i have simply stated facts that show banning it because it is bad for you is stupid. It my choice to do it, no one should have the right to take it away wether it is healthy for me or not. Ok you told us its bad, we know now shut up and leave us to our choice.

Cause then i like burning rubber, i know it's bad, but it's my choice, and if you inhale it because the fumes mix with the oxygen you're breathing..then tough luck.

Hmm thats funny, seeing as drunken people get banned from bars...I hate drunk people too, and the smell of alcohol in my face when they breathe, so let's ban drinking from bars as well.

That's news to me.Hmm thats funny, seeing as drunken people get banned from bars...I hate drunk people too, and the smell of alcohol in my face when they breathe, so let's ban drinking from bars as well.

Your right i am living in the Eu and thankfully germany already has a law that states exactly how far they are aloud to ban smokers, the bueatiful thing is it give the returant owners the right to choose if they want a smoking and non smoking, No smoking or smoking aloud, and that can never change. No, so instead people who don't smoke get placed in a special section. People can't go out anymore because they will stand in someone elses smoke the entire night, like things changed at the workplace (special sections for if you want to smoke). So will it change for pubs and the like. You living in the EU now will also see the changes.
Cause seriously, if you have the right to blow your stink ass smoke up in my face, i surelly have the right to smash yours...
Edit decided not to say it as its lowering myself to his lvl.

what is inconsiderate is banning smoking because it annoys you. as i've said before, children annoy me severely. but i'd be rode out on a rail if tried to get my town to pass an anti-children law. that's just how it is, inconsiderate. you shouldn't have to have smoke blown in your face, but you should also realize that there are sections for smoking and not smoking and if you don't like where you're seated you can move. if there isn't any room where you want, you should have made reservations anyways. if you're in a bar, just deal with it, and if you're lucky you won't be puked on, or hit on by some big violent guy's girlfriend. you have to know what to expect from where you are going and if you're going to a place that allows smoking you should take that into consideration instead of going there to be pissed off.How can you say that, it's inconsiderate that they cant blow their crap in my face? But i can see where you're coming from, when i wanted to play soccer in a museum they wouldn't let me either.
How inconsiderate...
it's true smokers haven't always been considerate of non-smokers but it does go both ways. i've been harrassed by non-smokers for smoking in the open air (not near any buildings or sites) and in smoking sections. hell, the person who made my towns anti-smoking law was inspired to do so because he told a waitress he didn't care where he sat and was put in the smoking section. when a smoker has obliged everyone enough to keep thier smoke in a designated area it's not going to do any good to be pissed off at the smoker who was considerate enough to be in a place that allows them to smoke. it's not comparable to playing soccer in a museum, it is very comparable to playing soccer on a soccer field then being told to take your game home. smokers have been told to take thier smoking home for reasons that equate to nothing more than it's being a nuisance to some.

i was walking down the street yesterday, and so many people were inconsiderate.
i took a breath, and it was filler with car smoke. i asked the driver to please stop driving.
i took a breath, and it smelled of skunk. i asked the skunk to please stop spraying people.
i took a breath, and it smelled of sewage. i asked to people to please stop producing feces.
now, i can't believe these people put up an argument, but each of them obligied. needless to say, i am very glad i will have my three breaths untainted in the future. out of the 165,485 breathes i have per day, those speacial three will now be perfrect, utter harmony.

As for the sections, smoke kinda moves through air. So just because there's car smoke which where i live isn't really a problem. Sitting in a small area with old people who still believe there's nothing wrong with inhaling smoke. I should breath it non-stop wherever i go? Thing is, you smoke because you like it right, not because you're addicted? Because an addiction is always bad, no matter what. So why can't you just go outside and smoke.what is inconsiderate is banning smoking because it annoys you. as i've said before, children annoy me severely. but i'd be rode out on a rail if tried to get my town to pass an anti-children law. that's just how it is, inconsiderate. you shouldn't have to have smoke blown in your face, but you should also realize that there are sections for smoking and not smoking and if you don't like where you're seated you can move. if there isn't any room where you want, you should have made reservations anyways. if you're in a bar, just deal with it, and if you're lucky you won't be puked on, or hit on by some big violent guy's girlfriend. you have to know what to expect from where you are going and if you're going to a place that allows smoking you should take that into consideration instead of going there to be pissed off.

And Lich, stoop to my level? You mean the level the entire EU is on now. Cause in a few years from now you aren't allowed to smoke in pubs anymore. You can say all you want about how you think breathing smoke enriches your life but i like my air to stay air.
Thing still is, smokers are the ones doing something so they have to either stop or take it somewhere else. Can't ask me to stp seeing as im not doing anything.
/t Vodka when people get annoying in pubs and bother you because they're drunk they will be removed yea.

That is SOSOSO wrong second hand smoke KILLS. Read a book. Smoking kills, and theres nothing good about it. If ur stressed alot buy a hot tub It works! Oh and the first part bout the second hand smoking what yoou said is a bunch of BULLSH*T wake up. second hand smoke kills...The smoke that come off the tip of the cig has WORSE chemicals and more of em at the tip which there fore is going out to the public. Your really dumb! stupid n00bi disagree with that. second hand smoke does not, in fact, kill people. it doesn't really hurt people unless they're allergic to smoke in which case you have to assume a certain amount of personal responsibility that isn't uncommon for any other allergy. if you're allergic to peanuts, you make sure your food doesn't have any of that, if you're allergic to smoke you make sure your diner doesn't have that either. In public places no.
Where you are hurting no-one but yourself, (and others like you), if you're the kind of person who wants to, it's a great feeling.
as a smoker, and as a smoker in a town where smoking is banned in public businesses, i'm very annoyed by the recent upsurge in antismoking laws. my cigarrettes are even taxed a quarter. people rationalize it all by saying "it's a bad habit and should be discouraged", but people shouldn't be treated unfairly because they smoke. it was my choice, i like it. however, just because someone is annoyed by smoke, doesn't grant them the right to ban smokers from thier sight. quite frankly, small children annoy the crap out of me, and i'd love to see small children banned from public business also. one damned kid talks louder than 40 adults in a restaurant. however, that's considered to be an unfair comparison, because kids don't cause cancer. well, neither does second-hand smoke.
thank you dining with us, children or non?

Smoking hurts many more people than just the smoker. Secondhand smoke is unfiltered, and so the carcinogen levels in second hand smoking can be up to 100 times higher than those inhaled directly through cigarettes.

if you click on the link that i provided, you'd see the conclusions of a real study as aversed to an online pamphlet translated from euroslavia. second hand smoke can't kill you unless you smoke backwards. if you do actually smoke with the lit end in your mouth then chances are you need an adult.

First off, what you know? Lmao...riiight. You know nothing about me, time doesnt stand still here like it does where you live. And second, what you think of my family? Like i care...I will ask nicely that you leave my daughters out of this or i will be forced to bring up what i know and what i think about your life and family.
I never meant to bring in your family, i just brought in kids as an example. You can smoke all you want, i couldn't care less, but talking it right through made up facts is just stupid. And then I will find the need to respond.
