Also I have a question, you just RANDOMLY had a icon laying in your desktop convieniently from 6 months ago with auto-login from when you shared with ryan...Not accussing you of abusing staff powers but it is extremly convienent.

It doesnt really matter how she got the account but i do have a question to ask here.


If i managed to get the account pass to a staffers account and it had a staff ceit in it and i went on a random killing spree. Fair being fair would I be treated the same.

Or if i changed the pass to that account with that staff crit in it would I would be banned.

If the answer is no then maybe the rule should be looked at differently maybe it should be made so that you can not change the account email so no matter what the pass gets changed to the true owner can always get it back, and before someone says it since I know that they will. I have had the same email account since i was 22 years old and i still knows ITS pass if you cant remember what you made that then your a bonehead and loose your crits.

Medora im not mad about what you did because i have seen this happen to much to care anymore. But I do agree that as staff it doesnt matter if you can have two lives goddess and mortal you are still staff.

Im dislexic so i hope this is understandable and my point was made.

Jon, fact is you have a staff member that steals from players because they are mean to her. I'm sorry but regardless of rules, if you don't see that as wrong i don't know what to say to you.

as often quoted many times by players, i have to be fair, and therefore what am i supposed to do here?
it is your own fault
if i help you, other people will complain that they were not helped
if i don't help you, you complain that you were not helped, and to make matters worse a staffer did it, which gets way more attention.
or to put another way, if i deem it easy to solve, i do get involved, this is very easy to solve, so i am keeping a close eye on it.
the help players get from me regarding stuff that we don't get involved in is dependent on how much time it will take me to fix, as i am not prepared to spend hours solving something that was your fault.

Ok, I have to admit, I made my point. I got a formal apology, granted it took a long time but I got it. Issues have been discussed and resolved. I consider this matter closed, and since I accomplished what I intended, the account is being given back to its rightful owners. Kazul, Mindi, Im sure you guys hate me now, but Im going to apologize anyway. Sorry for dragging you through this.

If you say no then you just said that she is not a player and staff and that she is staff first. Then the rest of the players of nightmist should have the same protection from her, that she is given from the rest of nightmist. This would then mean that there is a double standard and that you are making a very plain and straight forward statement.

Play this game at your own risk we the staff who you trust above all others are no better than you the player, even though we have rules protecting us that you do not.

i can't see a need where you'd really need to talk to staff (not admin) about your account, and therefore password.
but if you did tell a staff member your password for staff related stuff, then if that staff member were to use your account unlawfully, then they would be punished.

Yes that is exactly what it means. Do not share accounts with other players in this game.

Besides if you don't share you will find that you feel much better about what you do have ingame given that you earned it yourself. I miss that feeling...

Yes Kimmi, I do hate you, I will kill every crit you log on every chance i get. You have proven yourself uncapable of being an impartial staff member in my eyes. I don't have any respect for a staffer that lets her emotions turn her into what i think is worse that a piece of #$%#, and that is a thief. I think you should be removed from staff and trust me, i would say far worse than ryan ever could if i didn't feel like being banned. But instead i will leave it at this. If Medora didn't give back, well i guess i'd have to find another hobby, i quit nightmist before, it's not as hard as u think lol. It is with great sadness I see this all. Feel the pain in my heart that so many of those I consider dear fighting. You know my crits woudln't have mattered to me. It would have saddened me to see them in another's hands who didn't care for htem as I did. Reading this. I can understand Kimmi's feelings. I understand Ryan's and Joel's feelings. i don't really class it as stealing, medora was GIVEN the password
also, i believe it has a great purpose, one of the 2 owners of the account was in the staffroom with me for a while, and was very sure that the password had never been given out.
i believe that this has proven that people make mistakes with using passwords that they've used before, and forget they have given them out, it could have been anyone they have shared with in the past, not just medora.
