It really all boils down to the Terms of Service for nightmist, they were horribly written (nothing personal Edix) and technically this banning and past like this are illegal even by their own Terms of Service.
Look at my last post above this one, look at the wording used in the TOS, specifically note the ONLY in the second line.

If he was allowed to do it once before with permission, how is doing it again any more wrong? I mean had he gotten an ok for a second time it would be overlooked as once before.

I fear if all were honest, you'd have no more players...If you don't like these rules, get the hell off my game.
It's a shame to see history repeat itself; Post made with little info - Players fill in gaps - Someone gets angry and further mistakes are made - All ended by afew clicks on Lock/Delete.

"without attempting to decieve people, because this just wastes valuable time."
I may have taken that out of context, but I believe it should apply in cases where people knowling try to set up another player soley for the purpose and intent to see them punished.

I respect your wishes. Since I can't talk to Simon on MSN anymore (I feel blocked) rest assured that that e-mail to JLH will be on it's way within minutes after this post. I hope people will follow my example. For freaks sake, I thank you all incredibly for your support. But do not get in trouble on my account, I'll handle this, If anyone wants to voice their support please e-mail JLH or Pandilex or MSN them, but please do not get in trouble.

Is it not true? The people are the game. So anyone who has the greater power over the development of the game, would be a fool not to care about their opinions. And if they truly don’t, then the whole ‘Development’ section of the forum is a waste.
Absolutely sensational! You got perm-banned, you should feel special. But, anyone with even undersized common sense can see that this is rigged. Don’t get me wrong, I’m not necessarily saying he shouldn’t have been banned, but the modest mechanics of the situation are off the mark. I find it amusing that Simon has yet to answer some of the most basic questions… surely it couldn’t hurt, could it?
‘If he committed the same ‘crime’ in Pandi’s eyes in the past with JLH’s acknowledgement, why is he getting severely punished now?’
‘Ed/Bill got perm. banned and came back. So –why- was their banned thrown off?’
It simply comes down to the fact that humans aren’t perfect. Therefore, they make mistakes. Humans do not solve problems using a full proof method of problem solving. (Simon demonstrates this well).
I’m not trying to crack down harshly on the game or the staff, even though I feel sometimes they may be out of line, but simply voicing my opinion (if we’re still allowed to do that). Not sure, the game hasn’t been installed on my comp. for numerous months.
PS. /t Dracoden – If it took you ALL that time to realize the sorry condition of the game, you’re simply a dumbass. Here Imma write a guide especially for you.

-Directed towards Simon-
I really would like to know what's going on, and if you won't tell us why about certain things, then what are we suppose to think?

It's really no biggie, the banning (hopfully temp) will get me to go get a job to save up cash to go meet all of them.
But I _honestly_ did not think this was a big deal, I got permission from JLH at the beginning of the summer (the first time I traded rev for nm) and I thought it would not be much different now. I even asked JLH on msn for permission this time, unfortunatly he was at classes and I did not get an answer.
My own impatience is what got me ban, when I got the offer of 4mil gold from Ed (Pandilex) I just snatched up the deal, I diddnt want to let that type of gold slip through my hands.
I truly thank you all for your support, I hope to be back sooner than later.
If any staff would kindly lock this post it would be appritiated.
